Overall stay was good.
I had an issue with the shuttle bus, I called to ask when the next was coming and I was told to wait 25 min, but no shuttle came, I ad then to take a taxi, but lost 45 minutes!
that was on Sunday evening.
Normally I would have expected the reception to be more supportive when I checked in

I was a bit disappointed especially (1) floor was not really cleaned so carpet was full of dusts and my child got allergies reaction so have to take medication and some amenity was not filled, ie cosmetic tissue was empty not. Room was connection room to unknown neighbors and they should lock the door but it was open. It was so unsecured and needs to complain. And (2) Front office tried to charge extra for parking, which I already paid room, breakfast and parking via Expedia. If I did not complain with proof of Expedia booking, they even did not refund me at check-out (I had impression, they have noticed double charged but try not to mention) I liked Van der Valk hotel group but certainly changed my opinion, completely with this experience.

Not impressed with the hotel as we found it below usual standard of VdV hotels. Also, we used the hotel shuttle and were charged 6 EUR per person… Other airport hotels in Bruxelles have FREE transfer.. The food in the restaurant was not served hot. Staff were very friendly though.

Overall nice hotel: closed to Airport with Airport Shuttle Service. Improvement areas are charges for parking and Service in Restaurant.

They had a room for us however they had no parking spaces for us. We had to park a block away on an obscure, secluded road.
Additionally, the images posted by the hotel make this location appear really nice, trendy, and updated. And the first floor reception, bar, and restaurant echoed this presentation however upon entry to the first floor, you're welcomed with deteriorating carpets and highly scuffed walls. The room was clean and tidy, but lacked follow-through on the higher-end vibe the hotel attempts to portray. The bar and bar tender were awesome. The hotel was good and I would stay again, if the price was right.

everything was really nice, the staff is very helpful and the cleaning staff was exceptional.. the food is really good and tasty
something to improve is the wifi signal reception, specially in the edge rooms..
also the parking system not 100% reliable and I had to validate the tickets multiple times.
overall a nice hotel, located near the airport.
looking forward to stay there again.

Convenient location if you have to get a flight , 5 minutes by car to the airport. Huge building, kind staff.

I stayed two nights. Everything was fine. The fitness center is excellent. My only complaint is the wifi didn’t work in my room. Nobody was able to fix it. The buffets were good and the staff were generally helpful. Book the shuttle in advance because they fill up.

Room was amazing. Was hard to find the room. First time to use kiosks to check into a hotel. We were not able to get our first choice of airport transport as it was already booked, so book it early.
