Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room (perhaps got the hotel.com special?) was clean but small and had a very strange layout - not like other Novotel I’ve stayed in. The restaurant was good but very busy and seemed understaffed. All in, with the free shuttle the hotel works very well for an early flight. I would stay here again.

Good hotel. Comfortable bed. Appreciated that the window can be opened for fresh air. Very clean. Great location if you need to stay near the airport.

Hotel was convenient for the airport. Sound proofing is not as effective as it could be. Sleep was disturbed with guest noise and hotel noises.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good amenities, VERY close to Brussels airport, OK pricing (for the area, it's comparable to other hotels, though for the type of hotel it is, the price could be more affordable)

Missed connecting flight had 28 hour Leila the next flight. Needed to find an affordable nice hotel with hotel shuttle from the airport. Room was better than expected staff was nice and friendly. The drive was less than 4 minutes from airport

The room had another persons shoes in it. I am not sure it had been cleaned. It was fine but it was a very basic airport hotel

Stayed in July 2024. A nice hotel in sort of an odd location in the Brussels airport's business park. No complaints about the room or amenities. Access to the airport is convenient - it's close by via car and there is an airport shuttle, though you will need a rental car or rideshare to go anywhere else. Overall, a decent airport hotel.
