Residence Inn by Marriott Brussels Airport

The hotel was easy to find and we arrived when it was dark. It was impossible to see the parking in the front of the hotel since none of the lights were on. In addition, the lights on the street and in the area were not on and it makes it difficult to drive at night. The breakfast hot food was cold, not even lukewarm which makes it very unappetizing.

Location near the airport, clean and quiet hotel, very spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. The only disadvantage I noticed is the inconsistency of public transportation namely busses (only 1 line actually serves the connection between the hotel and the airport/ city centre) so it gets difficult to roam to the city.

This was a very good place to stay in so many respects. It was close to a train station (walkable).which allowed be to use the remaining time I had in Belgium to travel back to Brussels. It also enabled me to take the train to the airport. I at the the hotel and found the food to be of very good quality. The buffet breakfast was first class. My room was one of those ones with an area where I could have prepared my own meals. It was a very comfortable room to be in. This is definitely a place I would stay at again and would strongly recommend to other travelers.

Arrived early and asked for early check in, the receptionist didn’t even check on her computer to see if there would be any rooms available and told us to come back by the scheduled check in time. We were willing to pay for early check in, but were not offered that. Something that would be nice to offer to guests who arrive early due to a red eye flight. Apart from that - the rooms were very nice! The floors could have been cleaned a little better, and there was some dust on the nightstands, but apart from that, very nice rooms. Enjoyed the spacious and clean kitchen and the good sized fridge. Breakfast was good, not too many options, but it was fresh and they kept it stocked at all times. Very nice for a couple to stay for a weekend in Brussels. Easy access to bus and tram that takes you into the city for only €2.50 per ride. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Gem of a hotel near the airport

Very close to airport; public transportation to get to airport. Breakfast included and very nice. Nice Nespresso machine in room.

Staff were most helpful and welcoming. I got an upgrade for my room and the view was gorgeous and relaxing. Exactly what was needed for transit between long intercontinental flights.

We stayed 2 nights for a family event. It was great as we could cook and eat in the room That was spacious. You can reach the hotel easily from the airport via bus 272. However a car may give you more flexibility to visit places in Bruxelles

This hotel was in a great location as a base to other spots in Belgium. Near the city but not in the middle of it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided a wonderful free breakfast daily and had a nice bar area for night caps. My only 2 complaints were that the parking was a bit pricy and didn’t state the cost on the booking. Also, the wifi was a major pain. You had to sign in to the Bonvoy system to have free access and it was slow at best. If you wanted high speed it was an additional €10 per day. Overall it was a good 3 night stay but not sure I’d choose this hotel again.

Excellent hotel near the Brussels airport. Check-in is easy and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
