Good location for getting to the airport.

I always stay at this hotel when travelling through the area for work. Very clean, breakfast included, spacious rooms, it checks all the boxes. The room I checked into had not been cleaned, returned to the front desk and was immediately given a new one with profuse apologies. I could not get the tv to work due to password issue, asked for it to be fixed while I was out picking up dinner and all taken care of upon my return. I’ll be back, of course.

New and layout in rooms is perfect for travellers!

This is the second time we've stayed here and we'll stay again. The property is brand new and spotless. The staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had many hot options as well as fresh fruit, healthy cereals, fresh dairy, and plenty of beverages. Parking is well-lit and safe. Convenient location close to airport and city. (also a small gym and swimming pool on-site. We haven't used those but nice to have the option).

The property has been open a month. It is clean, a decent size parking lot in front, five to seven EV charger parking spots at rear. Local bus cost two dollars to Comox airport car rental.(Only National is open until 12:30 AM) The property location is handy. Easy to locate from Airbase and Civilian airport. Close to College and Aquatic Centre, Superstore-Gas and multi-store strip parking lot. I stayed five nights, arriving after 12am flight arrival. The front entrance was locked. Something I appreciated. Safety first. Check in - check out easy. Reception friendly all the time. My only beef is the breakfast. The same sausages, egg and beans daily. Catering teams and busy periods may require more preparation - including Frosted Flakes. The staff were friendly and worked together collecting dirty dishes and swapping coffee canisters. The reception area was a comfortable warm dry place to pass time before departing to airport.

beautiful new property with huge rooms. comfy king size bed, large shower. lovely blonde lady supervised massive hot breakfast with make your own pancake machine. scrambled eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), baked beans, cheese omelettes, yogurt, fresh fruit, toaster, cereal, oatmeal and milk, muffins and coffee juice and tea. small canteen to buy pop and snacks. forgot toothpaste and was supplied with a small tube at the front desk. elevators need room key card activation for access to upper floors and electricity in the rooms. friendly and professional staff. with “ihg membership”, comes the option for a late check out if available, so with our later flight this was very helpful.

brand new so super clean - good breakfast - easy parking - good location - just front desk staff slow and confused - new as well I guess - never did get the email with my receipt - checking in was painful even though all prepaid here on this site
