The Cliffe

Convenient location, property was clean and nice. Motel style rooms near a busy road so there is a bit of noise but nothing excessive. The front desk staff was really great, he was very friendly, gave a little tour and was just very helpful. I travel a lot and he was one of the best check in staff I have ever had.

The room was very nice and clean, newly renovated. The staff was super friendly and good location for us. They are still renovating the property, driveway and parking area but once it's complete, it should look great!

Very comfortable. Easy walking to local restaurants and parks. Quiet and easy parking. They are renovating but don't let that put you off. Overall very pleased.

It was very convenient for what we needed as far as location to the airport

Property was still going through renovations inside the rooms as well as the outside parking area, landscape and pool. Understandably, there are considerations for this but heavy machinery from morning till late afternoon was difficult as a customer.

The Cliffe has been under extensive renovation...equipment and workers in parking lot, pool unavailable. Also, there is no breakfast (this was incorrect online). The room was not large, however it was all new and modern. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend to friends!

Quite easy parking, shopping and much more.

This is an older hotel that’s been updated. Some of the updates are very nice and the kitchenette was handy to have. The kitchenette didn’t have any supplies but when we asked, a package was delivered. The housekeeping was short staffed-we found that out after numerous days of taking out our own trash & getting supplies from the cleaning cart. Our room was cleaned 1 of the 7 nights we stayed. After requests & complaints there was a box of chocolates & a small accommodation on our room charge. We were able to check in late when our flight got in. Central location, easy to get places. Nice restaurant in the same lot.

Manny was excellent, he efficiently checked us in and walked us to our room. We had one request and he fulfilled it immediately! Very personable. The property is being renovated nicely and is an excellent option when travelling thru Courtney, it will be our first choice.

Will be nice once renovations are complete. Lot of garbage and old funiture in the parking lots.
