Park Inn by Radisson, Leduc, AB

I travel for work every 11 days from Fort McMurray to Kelowna. After the drive from fort Mac to edmonton the service at the hotel has always been top notch, freindly and helpfull. I will continue to use this hotel in the years to come.The rooms are always clean and tidy and the service is always kind and courteous.

Great value hotel that offers shuttle to the airport and a coffee and more in the AM. Would stay again

Had a bed smell, bad Airport shuttle service and not really that good of breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, I stayed on the second floor and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good, had all the usual items for a buffet breakfast. There was a staff member there during breakfast making sure everything was fully stocked. All staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. I would choose this hotel again next time I travel.

We always stay at this hotel when travelling in the Edmonton or Leduc area. The rooms are always clean and spacious, the air conditioner always works well, and there is hot breakfast with eggs and sausages.

Lots of parking available, very friendly receptionist, the rooms were very clean. The only oddity were the pillows. Made us laugh. Walls are thin. I could hear the person next door coughing or the doors down the hall opening and closing. But overall, clean, safe, place to stay for a night before an early morning flight at a decent price.

Sunny maan and the pick up driver from the airport are extremely incompetent. I travel alot and never leave a bad review this time because of the incompetence or negligence of one of the two persons mentioned above one at the front desk the other was the driver me and another gentleman waited in the heat outside waiting for the transport to pick us up. No one came we had to arrange our own drop off. Extremely disappointed. The administration should take a look into this get a competent staff. Just to pay minimum wages the hotel (I can't blame them everyone is hiring a specific set of people without checking their competence). Cost saving is fine but when it comes effects the working of your facility you should look into what's causing it. Hope someone reads it. Thank you
