Great location for airport and comfy beds

Checked in after taking three flights so was already exhausted and ready for a nice rest. Was only person at check in and was not greeted by a friendly manner. Gentleman at the front desk seemed almost annoyed by my check in, I could not understand what he was saying. And I even tried to toss a light joke to lighten the mood with no avail. I was not offered or told if I received an upgrade due to my gold status, and I was not given my 20% off coupon until I asked about it. When you are VIP the check in person should already be aware of these perks and make note of them, not mention them at all to just get the check in done as quick as possible. I had to kindly ask the clerk to repeat himself several times as he was very short and almost mumbling. I remember visitng this hotel some time ago and I mentioned that the gym equipment was broken. It's STILL broken. Spend a few bucks and either fix it or replace it. By seeing it like this still it means you take no content from your customers feedback which is depressing. You need to do better. Fix the gym and either re train or replace the front agent.

Very quiet hotel. Definitely a plus as we were getting up at 3 AM to catch a flight! The room was clean & in good shape. Friendly, courteous staff. Definitely stay again!

Close to airport and all amenities, but I didn't get a breakfast in the morning

No one came to clean the room the whole weekend. Advertised it had a tub and only had a shower which is a pain because i travelled with my kiddo. The towel rack in the shower was broken and not usable. No breakfast included. And the vending machine was broken. Bed was okay comfort wise. The staff seemed nice.

Save your money and book somewhere else. The service here is one of the worsts we have ever encountered. The check in was underwhelming! Specs of dirt all around the room. We only got 2 towels for a family of 4. In the morning my husband walked to one of the housekeepers for extra towels and she made him go back to our room to bring her the wet used towel before she could give him new ones. This was a first in all our years of traveling and staying in hotels. That same morning, I called to ask for an hour extension as we checked in very very late at night and the kids woke up late. The lady at the front desk did not care. Her tone on the phone was rude and kept repeating that every hour we stayed past check out time was an extra $10. We needed the extra time so we continued getting ready, right at 1pm, we got a call reminding us to check out. We hurried out and the lady at the front desk face was just flat with no expression. No “how was your stay”, no pleasantries, nothing. Just a mean demeanour. Like I said, one of the most horrible service. This was definitely our first and last time here. Stay away from this place! Save your money and get better service somewhere else!

Quick easy convenience to airport..i fly for work and shuttle took me to Canadian North. Theconlyvthink i can say about my stay is the pillows were small for king bed and misding a blow dryer .. other than that i would stay again
