I have no comment on Room or location. BUT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. My family flight was affected by Iran-Israel conflict and I could not get there on-time. Booked through Hotels.com. In my entire life, every time something beyond our control happened, hotels were extremely helpful in cancellation. These guys did not agree to cancellation (even though it was fairly little money) and despite the fact that our flight was changed last minute and I contacted them more than 48 hours IN ADVANCE of check-in. So that does show me they do not care about customers, and profit comes before customer satisfaction. I am very upset with them.

The hotel was convenient to get to the airport and the shuttle was timely. The Front desk clerk was difficult to understand and I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the desk to check in
