Really friendly and affordable and great location near downtown. Drive up and easy parking. Beautiful room and fun stay whioe at our sons wedding dance.

Great hotel, with easy parking, large room space and great breakfast. However, there is a railway beside the hotel, sometime you can hear the noise, but not too loud.

Mall parking lot snow removal was happening at 2am in the morning, could be coordinated to be done at 5am instead… a mall is not an essential service like streets or hospitals etc… When I clearly saw snow being removed during normal operational hours… Also cell charger went missing from my room.

Walkable to downtown area and easy free parking. It was a bit noisy due to kids running around , couldn’t use the pool or hot tub, it was always packed with kids

I liked the easy access, and available parking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice. Overall I really enjoyed my stay

Check in was quick and efficient. It was extremely cold and they had ample parking with plug ins. No cost for parking was an added bonus. Rooms were spacious and well kept. The breakfast was free and excellent. Lots of seating, which isn’t always the case at a busy hotel. Will stay again when I return for another appointment.

Parking lot was full later at night so had issues finding a parking spot. Pizza delivery couldn’t find a spot to park to bring our order to our room so we had to go down to the front entrance to get it. Otherwise, very clean and friendly hotel!

First time staying at this particular location and was very pleased with the location, customer service, cleanliness, parking and complimentary breakfast. We are staying there again this week.
