Given that I had a late night flight departure on 30/11/24 the hotel allowed me an extension until 12:30. Appreciated

I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They greeted us promptly and offered us breakfast vouchers as soon as we were checked in as well as suggested shuttle service booking for our trip to the airport. The Hotel is located close to the airport so it’s not a long shuttle ride to get checked in to freshen up. It is easily accessible to Uber. There is a White Spot restaurant on location for breakfast and other meals with great food, wonderful, cheerful staff as well.

On the corner of a busy intersection in a manufacturing district with confusing entrances yet its surprisingly clean and bright inside with cheerful staff. The rooms are basic and parking is tight (theres a daily fee) but clean and fuctional. There is a White Spot Restaurant in the hotel. Nothing within close walking distance but lots within a short drive. I'd stay here again.

Stayed one night before flying out - close to the airport with free shuttle service. Room was spacious and clean - odd they remodeled the showers with absolutely no place to put your toiletries except the floor. Area seems sketchy but was safe - we took a long walk away from the airport with no issues. Restaurant within the Hotel was ok.

Not sure how they made this a BW plus hotel as there was nothing plus about it! Although there was a fridge, it would have been difficult to eat in as there was no kitchen facilities as there had been in other BW plus hotels we had stayed in. Staff were very helpful. No comfy chairs to sit in. Only plus was it was 8 minutes from the airport. No shopping facilities in a very down market area. Not the best!

Hotel looked like it was overdue for a renovation. Because everything was so old and banged up it did not feel especially clean. The staff were not super friendly or welcoming either, looked bored and hospitality was just not great. But it did the job for a one night stay near the airport. Free shuttle service was the main reason I picked it.
