Hotel had a great location in terms of getting to key areas for food, shopping, and convenience to the airport. Overall a good stay, but the rooms and the hotel, in general, was a little more outdated than the hotels in its direct vicinity. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel does have a pretty popular restaurant on property, so parking may be tight at certain hours, but was able to find parking most of the time.

Was good for one night. Not a fan of the carpet in the room. Excellent check in, very fast. Free shuttle from and to the airport very convenient. I would stay here again for a night or two. Close to the airport.

The bathroom did not have a switch to turn on the fan. Hence, there was some minor amount of mold growing in the bathroom. We had to move to a second room as the first room had a strong stench of mold. The second room was slightly better, but it still had a slight smell.
The front desk at check-in had the times slightly off for the early morning airport shuttle. This wasn't really an issue for us specifically, but I imagine it could be an issue with travelers.

Airport shuttle worked perfect and this is a very nice place to stay. We walked a. Couple blocks to catch the sky train which took us to cruise port. Front desk staff friendly and helpful we will definitely stay here again.

The airport shuttle service was great. A Moxies restaurant attached to the hotel provided a great dining experience and local restaurant establishments like Tim Hortons, Pizza Pizza, and A&W were within walking distance.

The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly, however, the shuttle driver was in a hurry and he didn't wait while we were double checking the hotel address to make sure the shuttle was for the Sandman Hotel where we had our reservation. Although I made my reservation two months ago we got a room in the first floor where some construction work is ongoing. The price was too high for what we got.
