Booked this stay with Versante because we wanted a high quality hotel with food and beverage. Versante does this with excellent service in a very nicely appointed hotel. We had some issues with access to some TV shows and their maintainence man Pushpinder came to our room and worked things all out for us with a great respectful demeanor. Can’t recall the last time we had such pleasant staff serving us in a hotel. Food was good and had some different local offerings. Beds were grand after sleeping in a small box in our Norwegian cruise ship previous week. Shuttle staff were timely and polite as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Close to the airport as well which certainly helps on timing to your flight.

Great property. Excellent accommodations and excellent in house restaurant. Very extensive wine list and the food was excellent. Waiters were top notch and staff overall were very attentive. The location is 5 minutes from airport but no airport noise in rooms. Very quiet. Highly recommended if flying out of Vancouver airport.

Excellent hotel in Richmond , free transfers to airport , sadly rain prevented use of rooftop pool. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Bruno breakfast and happy hour were great value and good food. Rooms spotless and nicely appointed Only minor complaints (for a 5 star hotel) was of artificial creamer for coffee and very basic cable TV , which did not always work. Despite booking 3 rooms months ago and asking if they could be close together we were given different floors.

We had a very nice stay at the Versante hotel, close to Vancouver airport, on the last day of our holiday in Canada and Alaska. The personnel is very friendly, always helpful and friendly, whatever the request. The hotel has clean rooms, a quality bathroom and amenities. The pool is nice too, although it’s next to the airport. I can recommend the hotel to anyone, for leisure or business.

Beautiful hotel. Had a corner room which was very spacious. Very nice amenities in the room. Airport transfers were very prompt and helpful.

Good location, near airport and many restaurants. If you plan to have a rental vehicle, there’s a public parking connect to the hotel. Would definitely stay again .

Excellent and outstanding service from the staff. Very efficient, polite and friendly. Great suite with very comfortable beds. Location is ok, however there is nothing around, but it is a short drive to the airport and Vancouver. Fantastic restaurant on site if you enjoy refined dining at a fairly high price point. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was close to the airport and provided shuttle service. The room appointments were high end including Dyson blow dryers. It had the most comfortable beds of our whole 10 day trip. We will definitely stay there any time we’re in Vancouver. They also have a small restaurant and cocktail lounge on premises. Pricy but convenient to grab a bite before a flight.
