The shuttle from the airport that was supposed to come every 30 minutes took over an hour to show up. That was really frustrating after a long day of travelling.

Overnight stay from airport - shuttle runs twice per hour. Clean room and breakfast in morning. It is a good functional hotel - Moxies nearby does good food and is walkable

Hotel was very clean and staff were excellent. Hotel has free shuttle from airport, and is also a short walk to SkyTrain station. The breakfast was excellent (eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, fruit, and more). Would stay here again when traveling to Vancouver for a cruise.

We only stayed overnight on our way through Vancouver to catch a flight early the next morning. It met our needs for a one night stay — comfortable bed, clean room, close proximity to airport, convenient airport shuttle, and friendly/professional staff. I found it to be a bit overpriced, but so are most hotels these days. Breakfast was average.

Due to global computer problems our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get to Vancouver. Are you giving any refunds or vouchers to customers because of this problem.

Everything was clean and nice inside our room for 4 people. Amenities were nice and proper, however our only gripe with this property is the parking situation. I thought that the parking was super tight and did not provide adequate spacing between cars. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to use public transportation to see Vancouver. The drivers to and from the airport were friendly, knowledgeable about the city and had great recommendations about what to do and see. The hotel was clean and close to a train station, so we could easily go downtown. I would highly recommend staying there.
