Loved our stay at the Fairmont. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We stayed with our dog prior to flying to Europe and couldn't have picked a better place. We will definitely return.

The Fairmont Gold experience always sets high standards, and mainly the Fairmont hotels meet them. The only problem with this Fairmont was that although it is literally in the middle of the airport, the Gold floor was not staffed around the clock. Given the level of service that is promised, the staff should be available at least an hour after the last flight into the airport or an hour before the airport's first flight of the day. When it is staffed, the Gold floor was quite helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for a night, it was a wonderful stay! Normally, I am a fan of Marriott hotels. But this time, we see that this hotel is located in the airport and is suits well to our plan, so we didn’t expect much from the hotel. however, it turns out that the services of the staff, and the quality of the room surprised us! This actually help elevates Accor over Bonvoy. Since the hotel is located in the airport, they provide a telescope in the room which we can use to spot airplanes. Overall, it’s a very good hotel, I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. Fantastic!

The Gold experience was great but expensive. I don’t recall when booking that I chose this pricey option. Maybe it’s all I was offered.
I use this hotel often and have never had a person on the check in desk who speaks good English. It makes checking in hard f after a trans Atlantic flight when it’s 05;00 for me but 20;00 in Vancouver,

We had early flight out of Vancouver and stayed at this Fairmont. What a lovely surprise! Just an escalator above departures, it was an oasis of loveliness. Porter came out to help with bags, fast efficient check in despite there being a line and a gorgeous, luxurious room. Room came with telescope so you could watch planes land and take off. We stayed on 14th floor-the gold experience. This area came with a large open lounge that served heavy appetizers and desserts at night and an ample breakfast that started at 6 am. 10/10

First time at this hotel and it was great. We thought that since it close to the airport you might thinknit would be loud. Nothing, it was great. The rooms were nice and clean and the bar was fully stoked til.10pm. Will be coming back again.
