One of the worst stays in a hotel I've experienced. Which is unfortunate, I've stayed here before and enjoyed my accommodation. This time was terrible.
1. Shuttle from airport didn't arrive
2. Room reeked of cigarettes. We asked someone to spray and clean it
3. Came back after dinner and someone just emptied a bottle of freshener. It was so bad we could taste it all night. We asked for another room, equal or even lesser quality and couldn't get one (fully booked)
4. Coffee maker was busted.
The front desk staff were as polite as they could be, but the room was stinky, gross and had broken appliances.

The front desk staff were beyond helpful, accommodating and kind. I was running late for a flight and after parking I missed the complimentary shuttle, the lady at the front desk paid for me to take a cab instead just so I’d have peace of mind in arriving on time. Upon arrival, my return flight had been delayed so I explained this to another lady at the front desk and she said, “okay if you have a ticket bring it in and we will take care of it for you”.
I will definitely recommend this hotel based on my experience with the staff alone.

A nice overnight after a very long day of flying. The airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient, the staff at the desk very helpful, and the room quiet and comfortable. Also convenient to the huge mall in Richmond.

Hotels in Vancouver are expensive. This was a great place being near the airport, and one of the better value hotels.

Close to the airport, clean, unfortunately we had the room next to the pool on the ground floor so it wasn’t as private and quiet as expected.

Hotel is in a great spot close to airport. A bit dated and pool currently under renovations until August 15th.

The 2 bedroom is nothing like pictured it’s half the size, missing night stands, desk with chair; a bar, the table for dinner. Absolutely catfished! Do not book here the lobby is deceiving the rooms are beyond outdated, tvs have no signal, then they sent the poor shuttle driver at 10 to fix the tv because maintence was busy! Most bizarre experience & the first time iv left 1 star ever. Reception staff were nice, shame their rooms left the entire experience down.
