Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

The airport shuttle was a big plus. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We were suppose to be at the Sheraton but due to the labor dispute they had arranged for us to stay at the Marriott which was located across the parking lot. It was very loud outside with noisemakers and music from the people on strike which ruined our stay. I did not like our hotel room- their was no privacy with the bathroom located in the middle of the suite and no locks on the sliding doors to bathroom. Will not be staying at either hotel again

We had to change hotels to the Hilton and there was no shuttle service so we had to pay, and as group of 11 it was quite expensive. Since it took so long to get the service, we arrived to the hotel later than expected and we were quite famished. Asked if there was anyway to get some food or drink, and the answer was a stern no. I am aware that there was a strike going on at the time, but come on. You need to do better.

Overnight stay next to the airport. Hotels have shuttle service so very convenient for following day back to airport. I house Starbucks or restaurant available. Comfy beds. All I needed

My stay was short & sweet. The shuttle service was very good from airport to hotel at 11:30 pm. Fast and friendly check-in. Very quiet room. Lovely comfortable bed. Great setup for anyone who may be travelling for business and require desk space. I didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area, or fully enjoy the room, but will definitely use the hotel again when travelling or on business in Richmond. Handy Starbucks location on site. The pub/restaurant located in the main area infront of reception area is handy, the food was basic fair at a reasonable price for breakfast anyway.

Bathrooms in lobby were unclean. Toilet in room wouldnt stop running, had to turn off at night. Couldn’t get Kate enough checkout for evening flight

The hotel is located in central Richmond, a few blocks from the Richmond Centre Shopping Mall. The location is great for those travelers wanting to stay close to the airport. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the hotel. The hotel rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel's restaurant serves very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Does the trick when you need somewhere to relax before a flight. Staff were very nice, shuttle was easy. Cozy rooms. Food from restaurant was decent.
