Grand Park Vancouver Airport

Perfect hotel for one night, after a long flight. Airport shuttle was on time. Spacious, very clean room and bathroom, good bed, quiet, no noisy A/C. Good night‘s sleep. That was all I wanted. No complaints.

stay ovetnight to catch j an early flight. The hotel is OK. very nice choice of restaurants in surrounding area, particularly I arrive quite late around 9 pm. So atleast got a good bite

I’m so glad that we chose this hotel to end our our 10 day trip. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating and made sure we had a room early for one of our party members whose daughter needed a breathing treatment. There was a comfortable lobby/lounge area for the rest of us to relax and wait in with bathrooms just feet away. They also had a free coffee machine and snacks for purchase as well. The area around the hotel has many restaurants, mostly Asian, which suited us just fine. We walked not even a block to get a great dinner at Matsuyama. There’s also a McDonalds very close by for those who don’t like Asian foods. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a mini fridge and a microwave. There is also a free shuttle to the airport which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel to begin with. Overall, it was a great stay and I’m happy we chose this hotel.

Ample parking. Short drive to lots of restaurants and eateries. Close to Vancouver International Airport. I rented a car, but the hotel provides a frequent shuttle service. Very good value and clean place to stay.

One night layover after coming back from a cruise. So happy they checked us in at 10:00 am to rest and relax the entire day! Bed and room were clean and comfortable.

Had a 1 night stay. Convenient location with tons of restaurants qurhin walking distance. Also had a free shuttle to the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel.

After an initial issue regarding having to pay $13 per day for parking, this was waived by management. Thank you Quality service Quality rooms Quality food services

Nice hotel in good location (lots of restaurants nearby) but stay started off on a sour note due to unacceptably poor airport shuttle service. Despite a number of changing excuses we waited 55 minutes for a pickup. The hotel is only 12 minutes from the airport and we concluded that the desk staff had been less than honest with us.

Very pleasant reception. Room eas ready early. Very clean and updated room and bathroom. Very quiet, good view on 5th floor facing north. Restaurant served nice bteakfast, but abit expensive. Shuttle from airport did not arrive when expected. Possibility of refund of taxi service. Very difficult to alter room temperature. Extremely air conditioned!
