Stay was quiet and clean. Breakfast was a really good assortment. Staff are friendly. Only thing was not a lot of parking available.

Only a few minutes from the airport and nice service.

Good. Friendly staff, good housekeeping people, nice shuttle to the airport using hotel compensated cabs.

Room service was awful. On May 25th I went out in the moring then returned about 2 pm and the room was not cleaned or new towels provided. When I returned around mid-night the room was made up but fewer towels left and were so thing it was awful. The sink was not even wiped down at all. The 'free' breakfast was not very good at all; edible but not much more. Smokers lined at the front entrance so if you are a non-smoker, as I am you must run the gauntlet of smoke to get into the hotel. Taxi sat out front blocking easy access to the handicap parking stalls [2 only] Etc, etc, etc

Pictures on website are very out dated. The pool and area looks like it’s falling apart, looks dirty, leaks everywhere. The noise was insane. People walking down the hallway one floor above rattled and sounded like elephants all night long - staff said nothing they could do, I was woke up multiple times through the night with the thumping (and I usually sleep thru anything). The food in the morning was gross and looked like it had sat for hours - I wasn’t expecting much, but nothing was edible. 10 people were waiting to make waffles and I just couldn’t wait that long. Staff was super rude when I came in, served other people when doing my check in, walked around and out of site with my credit card and when I asked that to stop I was asked “whats my problem”. Eventually when she came back to finish checking my in she was typing a bunch of things in and I asked if everything was okay, and she let me know she was entering my card manually as the terminal Wasn’t working. But way more than 16 flights had gone in. I said when that happens you have to tell the customer you can’t just enter it manual at with the amount of credit card fraud out there and she got mad. I asked if there was a manager and was told no. The manager works from him and barely ever comes in and there was no way for me to call, or her to call and get him to call me back. It was very frustating and I won’t go back

The hotel over all was clean other than garbage stuck under our hotel door. Also only had a bit of toilet paper was no extra in the room. Was a quick stop from a late flight.

Very close to the airport which was great for an early departure.

Convenient to airport , shuttle service included . Clean , everything we needed for an overnight stay . Unable to take advantage of free breakfast as had to leave before 0700 am.

Overnight stay for work, have stayed here many times. Convenient, quiet, safe and easy parking.
