Message the hotel ahead of time to schedule pickup at airport. They have signs waiting for you and the transport was timely. Great area full of restaurants and bars. Really nice staff. Breakfast was great.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport and right on the riverfront. The shuttle service made things very easy for us.

Comfortable clean hotel right below the Guayaquil lighthouse and with rooms with nice views to the river. Hotel is located by the pier with lots of restaurants options. Airport is like 15 min away and they have a free shuttle every hour. We also did a business event for 150 persons and all went well with good service.

Best hotel in Guayaquil. Good location and customer service. Breakfast is great. I have been in this hotel several times and it is always clean, comfortable with access to many restaurants around and private taxi availability.

Likes: great customer service, room with 2 queen beds was extremely comfortable and clean, had amazing sleep, the shower bathroom was very spacious and modern.
The roof top view and infinity pool were an amazing experience.
The Hotel provided a direct shuttle to the airport in a spacious modern car.
Highly recommended for anyone that is travelling for business or pleasure.

Great place to visit, close to the airport. Breakfast is really good and staff is professional and friendly.
There is construction across the street and you will not be sleeping pass 9am. If you are an esrly bird this will not be an issue for you.

The staff were incredibly helpful! I was able to arrange for a pickup from the airport via their shuttle. They helped with the bags and general tips.
The shuttle is 24 hours, so when our flights changed and we had to catch a 3am back to the airport, it wasn't an issue at all.
The neighborhood was very walkable as well. Super touristy, but also with law enforcement everywhere.
The rooms were really comfortable as well. Only downside was getting a room with a view of the river also meant hearing the noise of the people enjoying the evening (music, crowds, etc).
Highly recommend.
