The shuttle driver spoke no english. Never helped with bags. No help at hotel. Hardly anyone spoke english. My bathroom was broken. I also got food poisoning at the Japanese restaurant.

The property is a bit dated. Staff very friendly and area is somewhat walkable with a few dining options around the property. I like that they offer a free shuttle to the airport.

My stay at this property was great, I really like the amenities, one of the restaurant offers a great buffet for breakfast for a good price. Also very close to the airport and is airport shuttle service is very convenient.

Everyone was so attentive and caring. I'd highly recommend staying here! The shuttle driver was so welcoming with us all as well. Thank Barcelo for having amazing customer service. We will be back!

Excellent hotel in a central and very convenient part of the city. A bit old but very well maintained. Very good buffet breakfast with a lot of alternatives. Close to the airport.
