The location is next to a casino and bars. Very noisy on The weekend. The staff at the front desk were not friendly and they took too long to give us the room. Parking is another issue. Being such a recognized hotel chain should have a better parking service. The ticket control system is poor and also the people at front are not doing a good job activating the paper cards they use for parking. We have to go back twice to get the ticket validated to be able to get out of the parking facility, still did not worked. The guy at the door ended up opening the gate so we can get out. Horrible! this happens all the time we were exiting the parking lot. Never go back tho this hotel!

The service was five star. Food good but not exceptional. We would stay here again for the service, proximity to airport, pool and onsite dining.

It was a nice hotel, my only concern was parking it was not easy even though you say you are staying at the hotel, it was not easy, and parking persons who mange parking they somehow just tell you there is no parking go around the corner it was not easy.

We stayed in Guatemala City for an afternoon before early flight out after a week long trip to Antigua and Lake Atitlan. Whereas we stayed in locally-owned places there, we stayed in the Westin for convenience sake. It was well worth the stop. We ubered to 2 nice spots and then returned to the Westin's delightful hot tub afterwards. Beds and bathroom were top class.

This is clearly one of the best properties in the city. The only issues I had were that there is no bar open until late afternoon (drinks are available in the dining room), the casino won’t serve you a drink unless you’re at a gaming table and for some reason they did not authorize incidentals upon check-in-something I’ve never experienced as an adult? We ended up going off-property for post-flight food and beverage.

Hotel is to old, front desk people do not welcome you, they charged to my Debit card $54.00 never got my money back. I liked the pool , Hotel is close to the airport .. Last time I use Expedía and the Hotel…..
