Overall fine n cozy place to stay specially to passengers coming or going to airport. Excellent service

This is a really great place to stay near the airport in Aerocity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The security is very good too. I loved the breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

It is a great location for an airport stay and 10 minutes in a taxi. Aerocity is around the corner too for food and drinks. The hotel room is basic and not the cleanest. The shower curtain wasn’t that clean either. There is a lot of noise in the hotel with guests coming and going. Even the door bell from the room next door can be heard in our room. It’s an ok

The room was a touch small, but clean and bright, and had all the necessities. Staff was helpful. Restaurant was GREAT, with good food for foreign palettes, and delightful staff; Kawaljeet and Shivangi made me feel right at home and well cared for. Great location near airport and easy Uber ride to city sites.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Fox Hotel for one night following a demanding 15-hour flight from Vancouver to New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff displayed commendable hospitality, assisting with my baggage and promptly delivering it to my room. The reception service was efficient, with staff readily available to address any inquiries. My booking included both dinner and breakfast, both of which were seamlessly arranged. The dinner, served as a buffet, presented an acceptable taste. A noteworthy aspect was the thoughtful provision of a packed breakfast due to my early checkout. The breakfast, comprising a sandwich, a neatly cut fruit box, and a mixed fruit juice, met expectations in terms of taste. While the room boasted ample space, I did notice a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The bed exhibited some lint and hair, and out of the three towels provided in the bathroom, one displayed several visible dirty marks. Additionally, the room's temperature was on the cooler side, leading to a somewhat disrupted sleep. It seemed that a heater was not available in the room, and this might be worth considering for future guests. In an attempt to seek further information, I reached out to the hotel via email, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Acknowledging that communication lapses can occur, I hope this feedback can contribute to enhancing response times for future guests.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. A bit small, but perfect for solo or couple. I had trouble getting a very early morning taxi / Uber to the airport, but Arkush from the hotel staff was kind enough to drive me himself. Excellent service!!

A very good no frills hotel close to Delhi airport. Room was spotlessly clean and the linens which were also of good quality . Beds were really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was varied, well cooked and presented with good quality food. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would have a reason to not stay there again. Only one gripe - not enough staff at the reception desk! For an airport hotel the wait to be served was unnecessarily long and git irritating.

The hotel is very centrally located. Have a shopping complex next door. And a food court also. Great service given by the hotel. Best of all very close to the he airport

Basic appearance, no fuss room, spacious. Very good breakfast. Lobby- very dusty rugs (and in bedroom) let down what looks like an otherwise contemporary cool place. Close to hotel- I got an Ola to airport. I got the booking at a discount so can't be too disappointed.
