Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Hotel

Everything was perfect. The location near to the airport is very good if you stay just for 1 day.

The hotel tries to cheat. It took payment for the taxi service to and from the airport saying we cannot book until the payment is done, and then charged the guest also taking advantage of the fact that generally we do not cross check from our guests or clients. When they do not book the taxi before payment, why would they charge. Also, the payment received by them on booking was also confirmed by them. Upon pointing out the double payment, they just messaged after 4 phone calls( which they never cared to answer) that it would be returned in 10 WORKING DAYS! It seems this is a norm and they do it always and make money in 80-90% of the cases as they were not apologetic and never bothered to call back! They also had no explanation!

Staff and property were outstanding-- excellent hotel that really helped us out when we were in the midst of travel challenges. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a layover.

Just what you want from an airport hotel: quiet, and efficient but friendly service. The staff are very helpful without being intrusive.

I have stayed at a couple places near the airport, I liked this hotel as I went with a negative attitude that the hotel would not be great, I was surprised with the property condition and comfort. I will recommend Novotel Aerocity

We stayed at this hotel for one night in preparation for our flight. It is a nice hotel located close to the airport. It is most suitable for business or airport than for pure leisure.

Had to make changes to dates due to flight cancellations which they did and am much appreciated. Hotel / rooms was clean.

Got a pick up from the airport late at night. Very efficient. When arrived at hotel check in staff where very good. Got a good night's sleep in a large comfortable twin room. Got a late dinner at 1am through room service. Was very tasty. Got breakfast too and could not fault. Will be staying again before I fly back to the UK.
