The fact that the Hotel is in Aerocity serves the purpose of quick movement to the airport.
The check-in was poor, the receptionist was grumpy and unwelcoming. Check out was efficient and pleasant.

It was little expensive but I had no other choice as I was booking it for my parents and wanted them to have good experience. The least you could do is dropping your customers to the airport rather than charging them twice the market value. I know you will find all types of excuses to justify it but keeping this review if someone from hotel management can look in to it. the airport is not 1000's of KM away from hotel and wont cost you fortune even if you provide at least one way service free of cost, or put a small shuttle service.

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We booked on line very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 5am. We explained our situation to the reception staff who were kind enough to let us wait in the lounge with all our luggage. Our room was ready a little early and they let us in. We dined in house and found staff with hearing/ speaking disabilities also keen to assist. All staff went out of their way to assist us. Whilst the hotel clean and comfortable our stay was enhanced knowing they provided working opportunities to those less fortunate to the majority. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We only had a 14 hour layover in Delhi before flying out so we had limited scope to look around. Suffice to say we had a standard Ibis room, identical to all Ibis hotels across India it appears. A very busy hotel noting its location to the airport, breakfast had lots of choices for both Indian and western palates.
