Terminal 3 Hotel Datar

Stayed here for one night for an onward trip from Delhi. It was an amazing experience. Despite the rush, the hotel kept up its standard of service. The service was exceptional. The food was tasty and was served in oven in the room. Overall an amazing experience very near to the airport.

I booked this hotel for a long layover in Delhi before heading to Bangalore. WHen I arrived, the person at the front desk said I would be staying at another one of their properties. THey had someone walk me through dark alleys to another facility that was incredibly dirty. I believe it was called the Hotel Marina. It was disgusting. I used my jacket as insulation between my head and the pillows. I did not sleep at all because of how dirty this place was. Do not book at this hotel. You could end up in a similar situation as me.

Please do not use hotel. They are absolute scammers. Booked this hotel for my elderly mum as it was close to the Delhi airport for a quick over night stay enroute to Kolkata early the following morning. She had to check out early aroun 4:30am as her flight was at 07:15. She asked reception to call her a taxi but long story short they refused to do so saying that she needed to pay for the booking. This after me paying upfront via Hotels.com amd even furnishing them with them receipt. Made her pay in cash and didnt issue a receipt. Only reason she paid again as she was stressed that she would miss her flight which she almost did. No help from Hotels.com even being a premium member.
