Wonderful hotel and staff, very comfortable stay and lovely location right by Devon house. Room was roomy and quiet. Secure parking. And most importantly, an excellent selection of Hampden Rums at the bar!

Wonderful as usual. Food was good and service excellent. A bit noisy due to some work activity in back parking that resonated to the suite and from person in the suite above

Very nice property, free breakfast was nice and facility was fairly clean. Did not like that I had to pay extra for my 12 year that was staying in the room with me. Upon check in, we were there one hour early after traveling for 10 hours and was told we had to wait for one hour to check in. The front desk clerk had no personality and does not know how to accommodate guests. Overall the stay was good other than the negative vibe I received upon check in. Suggestion: Customer Service training for staff greeting guests upon arrival 🙏

I loved the foood and the gardens. The propertry is very dated and needs a serious upgrade. No elevator, so we had to lug our heavy suitcases down two flights of stairs for the wee hours of the morning return to the US. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Amenities missing and took constant reporting for basics like washcloths. I could go on but essentially I would not return to this hotel for anything other than the food. Very disappointed.
