Hotel Four Seasons

Anyway, all the staff were kind. The hospitality is wonderful. The place was not very convenient. The surrounding area was an up-down slope. It's safe as long as you can take a taxi. It seems that the room was an expansion building. I was worried about the noise. I can hear the sound of the next room. This is not good.

Our flight with WestJet was canceled for the day that we were to register at our hotel I called and let them know that and it would have been put off for the next day for us to still have our room got to the hotel only to be told that we don't have a room finally they found us a room where the battery was not working to open the door then they found us a different room so I don't understand how they didn't have any empty rooms in the beginning also it took us till 3:00 a.m. to get Wi-Fi the first night the second night no Wi-fi went to inquire about it was met with Attitude at the front desk whereas finally a person who's working on the router what not had said the provider have been giving issues with the service and they're looking after it I think it's more of honesty than trying to cover up and make it look like it's the guest issue

I have stayed at this hotel for years.its very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. These things mean a lot to me.I travel with a wheelchair. A lot of facilities are not friendly to the fact that the extra thought is here at this hotel ,which making traveling more pleasant and relaxing ..You are aware of this at check-in reception. There is a ramp there.I highly recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful and coordinated an early check-in. Many thanks also to Lincoln the onsite taxi driver who coordinated my transportation and tours.The food at the restaurant was really good. The poolside room was very quiet and wifi good for streaming netflix or working online. I stayed here before and glad that I always choose this hotel when in Kingston.

I stayed here a couple of days and i wouldn't do it again....for the most part it was good but they need to be upfront about some things. My first night there i trip on the steps in front of the office and nobody offered to help or even asked if i was ok, just looked at me. Maybe put signs up telling guests to watch their steps. Their so called free "continental" breakfast(1 egg,"toast",1 pastry, and some fruit) is only 1 per adult. So if you're traveling with children be prepared to pay for their breakfast, even though they charge you a fee for extra guests. If you're expecting a jamaican breakfast...be prepared to pay for it. I did have dinner once and my compliments to the chef because the food was delicious. The rooms are outdated and need some sprucing up especially the shower. The bed was comfortable but there was no microwave in the room so i couldn't warm up my food, there's a coffee maker but no coffee or creamer to make coffee? Although i saw some packs of cream, sugar, 1 pack of instant coffee and some tea bags. The "free" wifi kept going in and out and its slow, so if you dont have cellphone service be prepared. Now the grounds were beautifully kept and had some mango trees and lots of flowering plants all around. Arrived late nite as flight arrived late my stay was okay. The staff were good visited the restaurant every day the staff were helpful and pleasant

Just a stop over due to late landing at Norman Manley Airport, after a long flight from UK. Close to airport and in the centre of uptown Kingston. Extremely good value, lovely size room, free onsite secured parking, restaurant available serving up local dishes. Not our first time and we are certain will use again in the future.

Clean, safe and a good price. Transfer to airport good price. They let me check in early 11 am at no extra charge. The negative is only room delivery for food and no one could tell you the price of food until it was delivered. Crazy! Good free breakfast, but again, no pre-order so they call you in the morning 6:45 am to get your order. Crazy! It should get better when Covid restrictions loosen.
