Great hotel with great staff. Highly recommended. Place is quite far from where the casinos are but they have a free shuttle. Restaurant serves great food too.

Had a fantastic 2 days stay with family at Grand Coloane Resort.
Staff at the reception were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Restaurant staff provided great service and the meals were likely of high quality in breakfast & lunch.
Staff near the pool & The Club were attentive and helpful.
Concierge team was knowledgeable and provided useful recommendations and assistance, they also helped in finding taxi.
Overall, a great place to stay in Macau, just 10 mins drive to Cotai strip.

The environment and design of the hotel is clean, relaxing and beautiful. Staff service is excellent. But transportation
to downtown should improve. e.g. hotel shuttle bus service should be available on weekdays as well.

It is a spacious hotel in a location that you can see a different side of Macau. Love the beach and sea view from the hotel room. The swimming pool area also nice and kids friendly environment.
The only down point is that it is not at a very convenient location that you might have difficulties for getting a taxi during peak hour if you have missed the shuttle bus or buses outside the hotel (they all runs in every 30 minutes).
Also, it would be nice if they had a convenient shop inside the hotel. As if customers need some daily necessity or snacks, they would have to bring themselves or travel back to the main city center to get them.

Billy, Director of Rooms, helped us assure all details in place, as we traveled with baby and had many requests. Then, the F&B room service and pool staff was excellent too. Very accommodating and beautiful setup for birthday. We stayed at this property ALWAYS when in Macau, before called Westin, now changed name. We would continue staying there.

Staffs were very nice.
The condition of hotel was a bit old and smelly.
The location of hotel was not good as we thought because it was hard to get a taxi to go outside.

Jacuzzi not hot enough, looked like it’s not working well.
No shuttle bus to town. Luckily we didn’t wait for the shuttle and decide to take taxi.

Spacious room, clean n comfortable, near the beach.
Quite far away from tourist spots, n very inconvenient without shuttle bus service to the ferry pier. Quite disappointed all facilities are closed. Some problem with the toilet flush
