The location of the hotel was fantastic and well connected. We managed to change our rooms the next day to connecting ones as we were travelling as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly and made the stay a very pleasant experience. Well definitely stay at this hotel when we next visit Macau.

Location is great and convenient to get to other hotels such as Parisian, Venetian, Galaxy, etc. Walking distance to Rua Do Cunha to visit different cafe and snacks. Hotel lobby is very nice. Staffs are polite. The free shuttle bus at HZMB is also convenient. The room is spacious. Good value for money.

Easy transfer from HZMB bus port using free hotel shuttle. Look for bus going to Sheraton. Check in Sunday evening, short line, process was a bit long. Bit of a walk to the lifts through swarms of crowds. Room was older but kept well and clean. Spacious room and comfy bed. Housekeeping were great, never missed a thing. Room had everything you needed except the tea selection was skimp. Location wise you are in the middle of the action on the main strip. Everything is overpriced in this location, we walked to Taipa most evenings for local food and experiences, 30min flat walk. Easy check out using key drop box

Location is great, linked by a bridge to Venetian, Four Seasons & Parisian! Shutlle bus to/from airport stops at Sheraton & Parisian. Service was friendly, helpful & professional. Will be back again!

Hotel is really clean, love the venue. It’s very convenient and close to the airport, shuttle bus are available from the airport. Hotel is linked to shopping malls and casino, hence it’s easy to walk around. It will be good if shuttle bus is available from the hotel to Macau peninsula popular tourist spot.

Easy access with free shuttle from pier. It’s linked with Londoner which is very convenient to entertainment and shopping. Good value.
