Overall everything was good. However, the pillows in the room.are way too soft. Good to have 1 hard and 1 soft pillow. We also miss the Cotai shuttle buses which moves around all the cotai hotels and its more convenient for the seniors.

Location is great. Free shuttle bus service is handy. Good value fir money.

The location of this property was very convenient. The hotel has so so many facilities inside it - so many shops, restaurants, food court, coffee shops, teamlab super nature and not forgetting the casino. The in-room dining service was excellent and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very very clean. In my 12 years of traveling, this is the best hotel I have stayed in so far and I would love to be stay here again whenever I come back.

Free shuttle from the Gongbei land border and also to various hotels in the chain and even the Hengqin land border. Located centrally in the lively casino strip. Lovely experience overall.

My travel plans changed abruptly and I was able to book my 3-night stay at The Parisian on the same day for a great rate. I have stayed at Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and this hotel was just so much more impressive. I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the convenience of the shuttle buses to major areas in the city. I loved the spacious double room although the tv channels are limited. I loved the Eiffel Tower observation deck and the entire outside space replicating Paris. I would definitely come back again.

Parisian Hotel Macau presenting beautiful surroundings both inside and outside. Staffs are very polite and cheerful and always with greeting and smile. Transportation was great between hotels and the ferry terminals. Foods at the buffet were best. Lots of variety. Highly recommended.
