Check in was smooth. Terrible staff at the West Lobby - Samantha and Lemon. They should be cattle herders since that's how they look at guests. On a rainy day, it was too much work for them to look up the number for a call taxi. There was no one else at the counter that day. Rest of the staff we came across were very good. Smoke smell permeates the hotel and that's probably why they have aircleaners on every floor. There is also a slight drain smell in the toilet, esp. the WC room.

Fabulous stay. We were upgraded however the room smelled like smoke, so they kindly upgraded us again within about an hour. Love the Venetian, so easy to walk over to the londoner and the parisian and you get dining and activity discounts throughout as a guest. Convenient office at the main lobby to book and get on bus to HKG/HKG or Macau airport and convenient shuttle as well. Highly recommend

Caught the ferry from HK to the outer terminal and then free shuttle bus to Venetian. The place is so big it was a bit tricky with check in as you got dropped at West Lobby and had to find Main lobby. It with an amazing place and so handy to other casino's. Think we just scratched the service in the area with so much more to see. Definitely would go back again.

We had an amazing time at the Venetian, mainly due to the kindness of staff, including Chelsea, Tracy and Valentina. We were travelling with a disabled family member, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was accommodated. The room was incredibly luxurious, and the location made it easy to walk to multiple attractions on the Cotai strip. Staff were incredibly helpful; even giving access to the VIP lounge while we were waiting for transport to the airport after we checked out so the disabled family member was comfortable waiting. Highly recommended!

The location is good. It is easy to go anywhere from the hotel, either by public transportation or shuttle available in the hotel. Food choices is great. Walking to other nearby hotels or sites is easy, except a little warm and humid in the day time.

Not the best experience. People in Macau are not so friendly. Other guests were much less then friendly. Food is extremely over priced. You cannot get drinks or even a coke while gaming. I have traveled the world to different gambling casinos. This area is my least favorite of all.

This is the 2nd time I stay at this hotel. The reason I like it is because the rooms are huge and spacious and all the facilities are superb. It is a truly 5-star hotel and is suitable for couple, family and business travellers

Hotel is starting to feel dated and will need a refresh soon. Room and facilities were clean and staff were polite. A point to note - hotel might not be the most ideal for families with kids and elderlies for the following reasons: 1) due to its sheer size, distance from room to either of the two taxi stands were pretty far (>200m) for an elderly with difficulty walking, 2) the shortest route to get ard the ground floor areas between the lobbies and rooms is through the casino which do not allow kids nor ppl w luggage/big bags to enter, so expect to make detours ard the casino to get around, 3) while the hotel has made efforts to be smoke free, cigarette smoke could still be detected along the room corridors.
