The only reason I stay here annually with my regular groups (normally 15~20 people) is budget and big shuttle to airport

Rooms are clean, quiet ( you do not hear much the sound of flying flights)
Tv is big
Bed is comfortable.
The only less nice point is the dirty window

The shuttle services was very good .ontime and easy-to-use. The Hotel was what i expected so it was good.

Convenient to the airport. But I made a mistake booking my room for the previous night that I needed. I called back with in 10 minutes and they would not refund me. So I paid for 2 nights instead of one. I was NOT happy.

Proximity to airport and train services. However, the level of cleanliness at the hotel and rooms is very poor. Staff take hours to clear tables in public sittings. Aircon was working.

Our flight back home got canceled and this was a close hotel option to the airport that still had rooms left. The staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive, plus they have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the airport, which is great. The rooms are good and the beds are acceptable, so it has everything I need.

We had a beautiful experience in this hotel. Good bfast, they have egg station and warm fresh baked goods. Staffs are attentive and friendly… Airport shuttle was very nice and convenient going to the Schiphol airport ! Overall we had a great time! Thank you Bastion Hotel
