The best thing is that the hotel is very clean de io international arrivals. There are signs for the hotel in the arrival hall.
Room service breakfast was excellent.
Received assistance with luggage to go to the domestic terminal in the mornimg

Always our hotel of choice at OR Tambo Airport for an overnight stay before flying to our next destination.
Kindly extended our check out until 2pm as our flight time was delayed

The IC is always a welcoming venue after a long international flight. The hotel is well appointing. Some improvement works currently underway, but no inconvenience. The restaurant provides high quality meals with an expansive menu. The staff are first class, friendly and efficient. A great place to chill out prior and post a safari holiday.

A brief 1 night stay - and we usually stay at a Safari Lodge but this was an excellent option just steps from OR Tambo International terminal - safe and convenient and the food and staff were amazing.

This is the third time that my husband and I stay at this beautiful hotel. The experience is always great! Terrific staff and hospitality! We enjoy the high quality of the hotel, and that it’s steps away from international arrivals at the airport in Johannesburg.
