My trip was a one night stay. I was picked up from the airport using the complimentary shuttle service. The check-in was straightforward though i was surprised to hear about an outstanding amount. The food was decent, though the dinner was delayed because of several people around. Breakfast was good. Some water spilling out from the shower when in use but overall the bathroom was spacious and clean, just missing some hand wash soap. The bed was very comfortable.

This is a nice hotel for the price. I was given a smoking room and asked to switch rooms. I was accommodated very quickly. The room was comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport is great. They come every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only negative is that the coffee was average at best.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Close to the airport via shuttle. Always a pleasure staying here. Highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and always available. They followed up and was just terrific. Cannot say enough good things about them. Breakfast was amazing and catered to everyone. Transport to and from airport every 15 minutes via shuttle with competent, friendly drivers. Safety is not an issue moving from the airport to the hotel. Just loved our stay here and will definitely use the hotel again for future trips.

This was an excellent option for a layover stay at J'Burg airport. Just 5 mins in the shuttle and they have a nice garden and terrace. Pool too cold to swim in but gave it a go. Good buffet lunch and very nice breakfast. Excellent value.

Hotel is okay for a night before an early flight but a bit limited for an extended stay. Gym is small and not all equipment was working properly, the weights machine was out of action for the entire two weeks of my stay. The room was dated and looked rather tired. Breakfast queues can be long, but they do make a good omelette.

very close to airport. short shuttle ride. I didn't realize they had smoking rooms, so room did have a little smoke smell
