B&B Hotel Zürich Airport Rümlang

Our room was not ready for us even three hours after the stated hotel check-in time. We were then told there were no other rooms available and we would need to wait. Not until I asked for a refund did they find us a room. The hot water took FOREVER to kick in, the bathroom was crazy tiny and shower water went everywhere. In addition, the bathroom sink did not drain. On top of that, we were told upon reservation that parking was included but we were made to pay for parking. Any little extra cost you at this place, even a cup of coffee. Not happy with our experience and would not recommend the hotel.

Close to the airport and Aldi. Good stay for a layover.

There was a problem with the toilet, where water was leaking from the button for flushing the toilet. Transportation to the hotel from the airport was free, however, transportation back to the airport was not free. That was not communicated during the reservation process.

- Very friendly staff - shuttle bus to the airport (paid 7chf, goes every 30 mins) - all extras paid and expensive - bottled water, tea, coffee - broken door and flush in the bathroom - I'd probably stay again if it was the cheapest option for an overnight at the airport

We were there only for one night, the hotel was only 10 minutes drive from the airport and only 3 minutes walk from the train station that can give you full access to Zurich city. The front desk had one of the most amazing receptionist named TARIQ he exceeded our expectations with his outstanding service.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Apparently there is a shuttle that you can sign up for. They didn’t tell me on check in and it was not mentioned in available amenities

it is basic hotel - to have a place to sleep close to the airport very clean , nice breakfast
