Excellent stay, rooms very confortable, with all that you need....desk for your laptop, enough light, AC ¹working good, soft bed, big TV full cable channels, fast internet, excellent shower........in general nice room. Hotel has shuttle to the airport.....the stay was wonderfull.

Hotel was reasonably priced and included airport transfers which was very handy. There were good options for breakfast and the gym facilities were what we were looking for.

The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness and helpfulness. A scheduled bus service was provided for transportation to and from the airport as well as the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I lived everything about Holiday Inn. The staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the rooms, bed, bathroom, everything was amazing. I most of all loved the free shuttle that picked us up from the airport and took us to the nearby mall ❤️.

I love the fact that it is close to the airport. The staff were all excellent, particularly the kitchen staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my family's vegan diet. Trincity and East Gates mall are 5 minutes away and both provide excellent shopping and dining options as well.

The only food and retail in the vicinity of the hotel is the large and very dreadful trinity mall – to which the hotel does provide a good free shuttle service
