Great location for access to the sites and an easy bus ride from the city airport. Easy check-in and they provided great local info.

They need to add valet parking so you don’t have to push your luggage through Grand Central Station

Hotel is just a short walk to the city centre and only 15 minutes by car from Belfast City airport. Nice rooms, good bed and quiet hotel.

Good location, easy travel from Belfast City Airport. Walkable to central Belfast with shopping and restaurants nearby. Excellent service at check-in. However, he bar was closed on Sunday evening so the dining room bar covered bar service and this was badly run with poor service. Breakfast was good and easy check out.

The staff here deserve a 10 out of 5! I had a very early arrival into Belfast and Tony was able to get me a room ahead of the normal check-in time. He said I looked like I needed some rest, and I did, but I had another problem; I got food poisoning on my flight from Philadelphia to Dublin. I was in my room for about 45 of the next 48 hours. If not for the early check-in, I would have been (pardon the pun!) SOL. There were two things I didn’t like about the room; one side of the bed felt like the springs were sagging and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. I let someone know about the sink on my way out so I’m sure it will be taking care of. As far as things to do, the hotel is a short walk to Belfast City Hall, which is definitely worth a tour. The Titanic museum is an easy walk and a fascinating experience. The pubs and shops are an easy walk as well. The location feels safe and well lit, with a coffee shop a block away. Be warned, all of the nearby shops (Subway, 2 coffee shops, a pharmacy) close around 6:30 or 7:00. Room service is ok, nothing to write home about, but it’s good if you don’t feel like walking anywhere. Overall, a wonderful experience when visiting Belfast.

The hotel itself is great. Unfortunately during my stay, someone on my floor was chain smoking all night through early morning hours. The hotel is non smoking, but not everyone respects this rule. Its been days since I've checked out & im still sick with triggered asthma. When my husband went to ask move rooms, the front desk was upset & said we could wait in the lobby until another room was ready at 3pm. I typically don't travel to sit in a lobby & wait for five plus hours, so I didn't accept his offer. I definitely won't stay in this hotel again, unfortunately I'm disappointed in the Hilton.

Very convenient location for attending adjacent Waterfront Hall. Easy access to the city centre also. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful (special mention for Malachy at reception), and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had some excellent food in the sumptuous dining room which was thoughtfully designed and very impressive. After show drinks were enjoyed in the lively bar area. The only issues were the offsite parking which was difficult to access via link and use discount code. The Digital Key check-in was also quite frustrating and we eventually settled on the traditional reception check-in. The personal touch was much more satisfying in any case. Staff here have to be highly commended. Cheery welcome to breakfast buffet would lift anyone's mood.
