Great malmaison experience in central Belfast. Lovely room. Great service. Only slight negatives are we were not told we could get half price parking at the nearby Qpark car park until we left, and the restaurant is a bit disappointing, dishes did not feel refined choices (bit too burger style) and limited veggie options.

A very friendly welcome and quick check in. Our room was lovely and large. The bathroom was relatively basic and showed some wear and tear. The bedroom. Hold have been vacuumed better. The TV was standard but struggled to maintain a steady stream on YouTube.
Drinks from the bar were as expensive as you imagine hotel bars to be but were good.there seemed to be some very inexperienced staff who didn’t understand the basics.
We ordered room service that was reasonably priced served quickly and was hot. A slight mixup was quickly rectified.
The bed as very comfortable but had undersized and lumpy pillows.
The rest of the room was very well appointed with fantastic tea and coffee facilities, nice treats and generous storage.
Location wise fantastic for what we needed. We didn’t find out about recommended parking until checkout but to be fair we didn’t ask on check in.
There was live music in the bar that was very audible in our room. We faced onto a traffic street but that wasn’t too bad.
Breakfast was very good though their continental offering could be better and bread choices basic. A La carte for hot breakfast with high quality and hot food.
Overall we loved this hotel, our 4th Malmaison property stay and not our last.

Bryan at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get out of a “tourist” jam - me not knowing it was a holiday with limited taxi’s and buses running. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. Great location and a great hotel to stay at!!

I’ll start with the best thing about the hotel, Karen 😁, our lovely receptionist who went above and beyond, nothing was too much! Karen made our stay fun (with her chat and attitude) and very enjoyable as she did everything in her power to make it so. A big thank you to Karen👏.
There’s not much to say in a bad way about the hotel other than lack of air on but as it’s a listed building there’s not much can be done, the hotel does however supply a fan in the room so if you’re ok with the noise it makes then you’re good to go. The hotel is very well situated and other than lack of car parking facilities it’s a good spot. I’d go back again just to have the banter with Karen, hold on to her she’s a treasure.

Amazing customer service from Karen at check-in and Adam at the bar and restaurant. They went above and beyond my expectations. Both made me feel very welcomed. Great suggestions from them for sightseeing and food and drinks.
My room, The Goliath room, both stylish and comfortable, was incredible. I suggest checking it out even for 1 night. It included 2 fireplaces, sky lights, game machine, 2 living rooms, king size bed and expansive washroom with a large shower, stand alone bathtub and double sinks.
When it was time to go Karen even made arrangements for my travel back to the Dublin airport.

Liked the upgrade to a club room and the room service breakfast for our room was very good. Unfortunately for our travel companions their room service slip was never picked up and had to go to the restaurant which was inconvenient for an early start. There was a reopening event and obviously too much time and effort went towards these non-paying guests and their freebies

We enjoyed our stay here, a convenient location for links to the George Best airport and walking to Queen’s university (albeit this is a bit of a walk). The hotel was having some renovations done during our stay, but it didn’t affect us. Rooms were nice and it was quiet.

Welcoming check-in, all staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Our dog also got a lovely greeting. The bed is insanely comfortable. The car park is a short 5 min walk away and the reduced price for parking is appreciated, although still expensive - £16.50 for overnight!

Excellent hotel, 10 minutes walk from the City Hall and just 2 bus stops from the City airport. Serving delicious hot/cold breakfast and huge dinner portions!
