Very nice modern hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, decent shower. Bar was nice, breakfast was good. Easy parking very close by. Staff were great with one exception. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Overall a good place to stay.

I arrived on the late ferry which had been delayed didn't get the hotel till 3am on the 12th, I had booked the room from 11th for 5 nights to find out that they had cancelled my room because I hadn't checked in on the 11th , even although room had been paid and I had called ahead to let them check I would still be able to check in at that time. Spanish Girl on the desk must be new because she couldn't understand the reason, by the time the other lad on the desk took over there was a queue of very tired passenger's with the same issue he advised us the system automatically cancels booking after 2 if you are a no show this is something you need to look especially as there are ferrys and flights coming in at all times

The staff was very nice upon arrival. We arrived a few hours early and they let us get into our room early. They also stored our luggage for us upon check-out so that we could spend more time exploring the city! The room was clean. It had a safe and a hair dryer, coffee and tea pot. The bar/restaurant was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located in the cathedral district. There were unlimited places to shop, eat or catch a drink. All sights were walkable, with the exception of the Titanic Museum, which was a short taxi ride. The "order taxi button" was super convenient!

Hotel was conveniently located in city centre and room just accommodated our family's needs for our stay. However noticed water still in jug and hair in shower drain so wonder the level of cleanliness. Also no mini fridge so limited food or drink storage which isn’t ideal when travelling with kids. When arriving and leaving the hotel we were disappointed that management don’t enforce a no smoking area around the door area as I find it disrespectful second hand smoke has to be inhaled by little kids. I would only return again if the rooms had a small fridge, and cleaning was improved. On positive note the small snack selection for kids at reception was well received.

Stayed two nights at the Ramada in Belfast early May 2024 and were quite happy with our experience. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Belfast and easy to reach from the airport via the300A. Although the hotel was 100% booked, the staff were welcoming, relaxed, and accommodating. Having had a long travel day, and with both a marathon AND a Bank Holiday happening, they found a way to put us in a requested "quiet room" that didn't look onto the streets full of revelers. Breakfast was a buffet, but staff were constantly checking & refreshing dishes so that it was all fresh. The usual espresso self-serve machine, juices, etc. BUT the "full Irish" meant it was possible to enjoy yogurt, fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage - but also sample potato bread, soda bread, blood sausage.

The room was excellent! Very friendly people. The hotel is just a 10 min walk into town. Free parking outside on the street on a Sunday and in the evening so brilliant if you can get a space.

Perfect location in the Cathedral quarter. Less than 5 minutes from all the best places. Great service and lovely room. Loved the taxi button, so quick and easy to use

Hotel itself was great but staff weren't always as attentive to detail when checking in guests, such as showing them the key card with hotel room showing easily. Found their knowledge of International airport bus service particularly poor, as I had to research and find out myself where to go in city to get back easily to International Airport without carrying my heavy bag to the main Bus Terminal.
