Perfect for being close to town, and handy having the parking. Fairly basic room but thays all i needed and the proce was great. Absolutely fantastic service, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included in my stay. For the location i was worried it would be noisy but i had the window open all night and didnt hear any noise at all. Definitely recommend.

I was extremely pleased by the excellent value accommodation, which had everything that I needed . The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were lovely. The hotel is situated in a nice leafy area, with a good availabilty of nearby public transport. (Buses and the Metro) There was a slight late night noise problem from students outside, but I think they were in their Freshers week, as I didnt hear it, for my last two nights. Also, people need to be aware that parking spaces are not always guaranteed, but permits are available if that is the case. The spaces are round the back of the hotel and round the corner. There are no lifts for the guests, so it is best to reserve a room on a lower floor if you have any mobility issues. Overall, I enjoyed a lovely, great value stay.

Another overall pleasant stay at The Osborne Hotel. All the staff we met are very friendly, and helpful. We had a twin room with a good shower. Only slight downsides were the restaurant / Kitchen external fan came on at 6.30pm and also in the evening until 10.00pm which mean a constant buzzing noise. However given the excellent price we paid for 3 nights B&B we could accept that. We had no issue on securing on street parking next to the hotel. One evening we purchased a double G&T, and a double Whiskey totalling around £16 from the hotel reception bar which we were allowed to take up to our room. The breakfast is good, and they provide Gluten Free options for my wife. The hotel is based near the city centre. There is a bus stop immediately outside the hotel., and a nearby Metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

Hotel description of the parking is limited….It’s very limited. Lucky for me Tania managed to find a place for my van. The hotel is nice and clean and it’s in a great location with a selection of bars and eateries near by. I had a problem with my booking on arrival but Tania managed to sort that out as well. Lovely lady and great hotel. Would stay again

A good value hotel, well situated for the city and beyond. We expected problems with parking but it was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The corridors were a bit tired looking but mostly the decor was smart and clean. Both nights of our stay we visited the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel which was excellent.
