Was good but room on 3rd floor and for all stay lift broken. Very little parking spaces available good job we came in time when manage to snatch one otherwise not sure where I would park. Walls not pained on corridors . Water tap splashed all over us everytime we switched it on. Toilet filling was noisy like if some builders were in. Walls transparent could hear every conversation going in other room.

1.On arrival we were told we couldn't park first come first serve basis. Booked in and there was a parking space we asked about it the person had extended their stay we were told. This was not correct as a mini arrived later in evening and stayed the night another person came on Sunday and parked until Monday then left we could have parked the whole of our stay. Face didn't fit. We were told at 11.30am we couldn't book in come back at 3. Receptionist...we felt abrupt towards us. We heard a couple booking in on Sunday early in morning and told to come back at 12 no problem at all they were told by receptionist being accommodating to them. We felt our whole stay the receptionist didn't accommodate us or made excuses for our requests. Breakfast was very poor we only had breakfast on Sunday morning we ate out most of the time. Others complained. We couldn't eat at restaurant as coach party in but we could bring in take away. Room needs attention.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was baking hot because they had the heat cranked and you couldn’t turn it down. So I got no sleep and I had just finished working a party until 1am and had to do another one the next day! Horrible service!!! Then I had to drive down the street to park at a train station because they had no parking. Paid £12 for that. £75 for a hotel room where I didn’t sleep a wink. And then they charged me a late checkout fee of £25. So £112 for a hotel room that was horrible! They should go out of business! Don’t rent from these people! They don’t care if your stay is comfortable. If they did, they would pay £5 and buy nobs for their piping hot radiators!!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Great little hotel. Ideal for a short trip to NewQuay. Bus from airport right on door step and a short walk to the town. There is a stunning beach right accross the road.

Expedia,did not inform it was Friday i cancelled,they were told i had no Room in 29th,though Expedia sent me a message confirming this.6 hour drive to say i should have checked in yesterday.Room was ready, people came and went, thought sat opposite desk,were we were told to sit.No one informed us,20 past 3,we had to ask. Once in room, nothing like photos.Was told no parking it's all gone,but we could park round corner carpark,it was miles away.We asked to dine at the restaurant,but was told we couldn't as it was booked for a private function.No extra, pillow's provided,only one chair,in a double room.Folk slamming doors outside our room,folk banging and running around above our room.I cannot tell you what breakfast is like as,we haven't got to that yet,day one is Now.NEVER again you have ruined my time off work on so called holiday.

Hotel only had so many parking spots avaiable which we booked but found out that we coudnt have them as not booked directly with hotel and had to use other hotel parking. Breakfast was poor, some of the bread was moldy. Room was small but clean, small shower room and toilet space, shower door handle inside was smashed so couldnt close door from inside shower. You could hear evey door shut to bedrooms and doors to stairs and made the walls in room shake Lifts were broke. Personnel on reception were very polite bud this was the only nice thing about our stay. Would not stop again.
