Staff was extremely helpful. Very convenient location when traveling through Amarillo. Expedia was easy to use and very good.

Decent room to spend a night and easy parking.

Honestly, everything was fine at the hotel. It was clean, it was comfortable, however, SLEEP INN is known for being pet friendly. I pick SLEEP INN so I can bring my small service dog. And even though he was ESA certified, they would not allow him to stay in the room with me, so I had to leave my service dog in my vehicle overnight in the parking lot. Causing me to have to go out to the parking lot every hour on the hour to check on my dog. Pet friendly SLEEP INN is not this particular franchise and should not be part of the SLEEP INN family. Furthermore, if I was inclined I could easily sue this business because they are required by law to allow an ESA animal with its owner and a hotel room, I do not even have to present my certificate by law . Someday they’re going to be tested for this by someone who knows better and it’s gonna cost a lot of money.

The staff was very friendly. I just wanted an inexpensive motel near the airport and was not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised. It looked nice and very clean and I will definitely stay there again when flying out of Amarillo.

Comfortable room: great comfortable bed, good strong AC, clean bathroom; Breakfast bar was back in service and adequate for my purposes (oatmeal, raisin brand, coffee; not really 'hot breakfast' other than waffles); parking lot is insufficient & with only one entrance quite a bit of walking; public areas of the property (inside and out) were grimier than the room; 2nd floor room w/o elevators & one central staircase; as noted some of the furniture was worn (not a problem for me)

Had been on a difficult work related road journey. A couple of not great hotels. This night in Amarillo, the Extended Stay Hotel let my & other guests prepaid rooms go before arrival. We were sent to a ‘sister property’ that was something of a nightmare. Run down, wires sticking out of walls, ugly, & scary. When we questioned it we were ushered out into the parking lot. Two of us said no & left. Thank God ‘Sleep Inn’ still had a room. It packed a working refrigerator & TV but I only wanted sleep. Only bummer was wall plugs didn’t work either so my phone didn’t charge. Probably a discount was in order. Otherwise a great stay! Rodney

The Sleep Inn Airport was very run down and dirty. The pool was in complete disarray and our room door would not lock. The shower door would not stay closed so water would run all over the bathroom floor. No breakfast as advertised. Broken bottles and trash in the parking lot and homeless folks living next to the hotel. Good luck staying here!
