Shuttle was not labeled with hotel name so very inconvenient for airport pick up

Located close to the airport (about 10 mins or so) but in a somewhat sketchy area. It sits behind a chevron and a motel 6. Although the area is sketchy they try to combat this by having a parking lot attendant on site all night to make sure no one breaks into your car. If you know Atlanta you’ll understand the value in this. Ms. Betty makes the best breakfast during the week and she makes sure to give you a Turkey option if you don’t eat beef or pork. The staff was friendly although a little slow to clean rooms for overnight guests. When the rooms were cleaned they were cleaned well. A great value for your money. If I had a little more money to play with I may stay on the other side of the overpass in the Hilton or a more upscale spot. However, I paid about $100 per night for 5 nights which included breakfast and a parking attendant. About 20 mins from almost anything fun to do in the city.

Convenient hotel from the airport. Service was fine. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were the same each day so I wasn’t a fan of that. The hotel needs updating.

The staff are fun and friendly. Helpful. All of them. The hotel needs a revamp though. Airport shuttle was efficient and quick.

There are many hotel choices in the Atlanta airport area. I do not recommend this hotel. After changing rooms due to the smell in the 1st room, the 2nd room was ok. The carpet throughout is ill fitting and filthy. the staircase going upstairs is filthy. I did not want to touch the handrail. The staff was minimal and the front desk clerk seemed to be responsible for many duties. Check out another choice.

Overall the stay was fine. I failed to check ahead of time that there was a hair dryer in the room and did not discover the oversite until my hair was washed the next morning. I sent my husband down, twice, without success. He was told nothing could be done until housekeeping arrived. We had a flight to catch. I ended up in the lobby with wet hair, pleading for someone to check an empty room for a hair dryer. Mine is not the type of hair you can just throw up in a pony and go! Finally, she agreed to check and found me one. She should have done that for my husband the first time. It is an amenity offered at this hotel and thus not worth the precious luggage space while traveling.

Im really happy with our choice. If i may say there were a fre guest smoking pot which me snd our traveling guest were unaware this was allowed not knowing the laws of GA it was a bit overwhelming the smoke and smell. Othet than that i recommend this hotel! Service desk very professional. Thank you Guest traveling firm California and Washington.

The hotel was just old, very nice staff and very convenient to airport with shuttles. However the rooms are poorly cleaned with a broken couch and a wet bed for some reason (might be the weather in Atlanta since I’m not from around).
