The hotel lobby, elevator, not very clean. Front reception was beyond rude. I could write a book on that girl, she should be fired actually!!
Room itself was clean. We did book a king room, but the bed was not a king size!
Also airport shuttle does not take you international terminal, only to domestic. But for a cost they may take you to international!!

A very nice hotel. Have stayed there multiple times with my dog. A great hotel when traveling with your best friend. They could have more than one person checking in guests.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a huge plus and there was plenty of restaurants in the area all within walking distance. I was unaware of the $100 deposit prior to check in. I also found a roach in the bathroom. Hotel staff apologized and switched our room. Breakfast was okay.

Check-in lines can go "out the door" in early evenings, and only one (overwhelmed - phone was also ringing continuously!) staff member. Exceptionally friendly front-desk staff, Hats Off!
Room key (magnetic) - despite ensuring cards nowhere near the cellphone on my body, these nonetheless had to be continuously re-set (remagnetized?) at least once a day...
Happy the hotel still uses small (Dove brand) shampoo "giveaway" flasks, except when you're greeted by 4 conditioners (I'm a guy) but no shampoo... about day 4 the housekeeper decided she would not restock any more. Bed was only made after the first night, it was up to me afterwards (multi-nights' stay)
Bathroom uses dark floor tiles which don't propagate the appearance of cleanliness, even though cleanliness was not an issue there. The chair back located in the main room - that WAS a cleanliness issue! Renovation may be necessary at some point (shower pressure on 5th floor, mattresses)...
Temperature control was tricky (thermostat controls a window AC unit) either too warm or icy. Sleeping partially uncovered meant serious back pain in the morning (the hot shower would mitigate - I do not have a history of back pain)
Breakfast, while welcome, scrambled egg raw materials come straight from the carton and the meat selection is - meh
Lots of international travelers so I assume a lot of online reservations. Could not add an extra night neither with hotels dot com nor with LaQuinta themself - sold out!

The lobby was so dirty and my room was even worse. Toenails and hairs in the bathroom. Dirty floors. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Luckily it was just a one night stay before going to the airport but it was terrible

Check-in was a bit hectic, but service desk handled well
recommend better information on parking & wi-fi access.
Room for the night was clean & spacious

Hotel was great, but shuttle to airport only went to delta side which put us late for flight because between that and airport people wouldnt get my mom a wheelchair to take us all the way accross airport till we got to security check, then 5 min late. When airport coukd of called flight. We had to sit until another flight. Then another flight then another flight.

Mixed experience. They were undergoing construction, so the lobby was a mess and very hot. The staff was two persons at check-in, but there was only one when we arrived and she left when the other arrived, without telling the person she was helping where she had gone. Our check-in was smooth, if slow, but our person kept answering the phone. The room was excellent and the shuttle was on time and courteously handled. They need better staffing at check-in.
