Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

Nice location. Great Bar/Small Casino in the shared parking lot with tasty and inexpensive drinks. Lots of resources nearby if you need food, groceries or anything else.

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and welcoming. Good parking for our u-haul and always a great breakfast.

It was an ok stay. We didn’t like the laminate flooring, the amount of chemicals in the pool, and it was NOISY. I understand that kids and animals stay there too, but it seemed like there was little to no insulation in the walls to prevent noise transfer. We slept like babies, and by that I means we woke up several times throughout the night. We definitely won’t be staying at this Best Western again.

It was a little difficult to find due to some road closures. The parking was a little crowded.

We enjoyed the location as well as the facility. Will stay here again the next time we travel to Billings.

Hotel was nice and service was very friendly. Close to the Interstate with fast food restaurants nearby (I don't recall any sit-down restaurants in the immediate area). Breakfast was good with the usual items - eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, fruit, cereal. My only complaint and warning is - unbeknownst to me when I booked our 3 night stay, this is a pet friendly hotel and with that comes some challenges. I appreciate pet friendly hotels because there are times where we have our dogs with us also, but there just seemed to be a lot of dogs around. We checked in at the same time as a couple from CA and when I met them at the elevator later that night, they had 4 medium size spaniel dogs they were coming in with. That's a lot of dogs in one room! I had hoped that maybe the 1st floor was the dog floor, especially since that floor has doors right from the room to the outside where potty breaks would be super convenient, but this couple was heading up to another floor, so that is not the case. All in all it was a nice stay and if I was travelling with our dogs, I would consider staying here. If no pets, I would book the Comfort Suites across the street.
