Absolutely horrible stay!!! The floor would have been softer than the beds. We had to call downstairs to get blankets and sheets for the pull out couch. Then we had to go downstairs to get cups to go with the coffee pot cause all we had was lids. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but considering we didn't sleep at all we check out at 8:30 the next morning. It is very old and outdated and the amount of dust and lint that was between the bed and night stand was gross. The shower curtain smelled like mold and the AC didn't work properly and the amount of geese crap that covered the sidewalk and parking lot was disgusting. We couldn't even roll our luggage we had to carry them due to geese feces.

The hotel is outdated. It’s busy because it’s at the airport and you can pay less with a one night stay and parking than you can at long term parking. If you travel a long distance to get to the airport it’s worth staying here for an early flight. TV’s need app functionality. No one cares about cable. Carpet smells and feels like you would not want to walk on it barefoot. Elevators are sketchy and about to break down. Vending machines don’t work. When someone asks if you stayed at a Holiday Inn Express say yes. And it sucks. Parking used to be free and not $5/day.

We needed to be on the 5:00 AM shuttle, but there was not room for my party of 8. They advised us that we would have to wait til 6:00 AM. We were concerned with our 7:30 AM flight. We just drove ourselves there and parked. We stayed at this hotel for the convenience of the shuttle and leaving our cars there. And didn’t do either.

This property was a good fit for us to stay the night before we flew out of the Cincinnati airport. The property allows for onsite parking at a cheaper rate than the economy parking at the airport, and had a free 24-hour shuttle service. We provided our needed shuttle time and the driver was ready to go right on time.

Shuttle back and forth to airport amazing! Only thing to make it more amazing would be cold water on pick up from airplane! Arrived late night at airport no water any where. Got to room after midnight realized no where to get any.
