I was traveling for work and I really enjoyed my stay. So clean and quiet. Staff was so helpful and nice. No issues i recommend this hotel a true 10 out of 10.

I enjoyed my week stay. Each staff member was friendly and accommodating. Provided transportation to and from the airport even when their shuttle was in the shop! The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfy. Fun atmosphere, and I loved the indoor pool.

Great hotel. Easy to get into the city by bus or Uber. Right next door to a target and lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and stylish. Tv had lots of channels and on demand. Staff were nice. Hotel shuttle ran well. Pleased with my choice. .

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, I enjoyed the breakfast tacos and my husband had waffles. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants are close for any meals you may want. Free airport shuttle, you have to call upon arrival.

Staff were friendly enough. Checking in and out was a breeze. The electric cooktop was wonky, possibly broken, for such a new place. Immediate vicinity was still under construction; perhaps the parking lot will be larger in the future. Lacking a covered drop-off area at the front lobby was confusing: at first I thought we had pulled up at the rear of the building, the front looked so ugly. The swimming pool was not much more than an oversized bathtub. The Springhill Suites next door is probably a nicer facility. I would not want to visit this Townplace Suites again. It's better than Motel 6, which is not saying much.

Overall one of the nicest Hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Simple, clean, friendly service, and Florence is a convenient stop on our travels. We will be staying here again.

I didn’t realize that since this was extended stay there was only room cleaning every 3 days some of the desk help was just wonderful. It was crisp and clean but the parking was rough. I would recommend this hotel for sure. The breakfast was very very good and there were plenty of dinning places nearby and shopping.

Father in laws funeral. It makes life events like that easier when you have a great place to decompress. Will always stay there if available. Catching an early flight out of Cincinnati is a breeze from there.
