I liked all of the shopping and restaurants around. Didnt like given a key to a room that someone else had already been given the room. Lack of towels in room set of 3 each room instead of 4. A pile of dirty towels in the bathroom when entering my room. Tub faucet was coming out of wall. I cleaned the room with lysol but I did inform the hotel the room was not as clean as it should have been. They did bring lots of more towels and cleaned our room each day after, very grateful for that. We also were given an Happy Hour drink! Also, they'll start charging for parking come Aug 1st. Glad it was still free this week.

This is my second year in a row, stayed 2 nights for Cincinnati Fest, I’d definitely stay here again. Hotel is 15 minutes away from Paycor Stadium. I hope they don’t get rid of free parking, they’ve advised paid parking starts next month, bummer!

Hotel was newer and in great condition, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is you have to pay $10/day to park in the parking lot.

Brand new hotel, located in the Meier parking lot, weird location and confusing to get in. Food in restaurant not very good, maybe just needs time to get established. Seemed understaffed a bit.

Have stayed here before and will be back. Love this hotel and the staff here. I always feel safe when traveling alone. Love the shuttle driver, he is so nice and always remembers me when I am there. He knows I’m traveling alone and makes sure I am safely dropped off at the airport. Bar is great, good food as well.

I booked a double room because I was travelling with a male friend I am not romantically involved with and when we got to the room, found only one bed. I went to talk to the front desk about it, showed them the confirmation for a double room and was very curtly told they gave my room away and this was the only room left. Luckily my friend didn't mind sleeping on the couch but like, come on. Other than that the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed.
