Solid and close to airport

I need a refund. The room is not cleaned. There are food wrappers under the sofa and peanuts on the floor. There’s a water stain on the ceiling and the facility doesn’t have another room to accommodate us. I am travelling with an infant and this is super UNSAFE!!!

Clean hotel, very spacious, excellent breakfast! Next to an airport so you can see the planes close by, but not loud at all!

It was amazing!! We arrived after driving 8 hrs just in time for a hot meal and alcoholic beverages included with our stay. Also breakfast included in the morning. Such a friendly staff and excellent kitchenette facility!! Would definitely stay again when travelling!! Highly recommended!!!

This was honestly the nicest facility I have seen in years of traveling. We will be planning another trip to Cincinnati next year, as 1 weekend was not enough to experience all the city has to offer. We will plan the trip around availability here so we can return. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with my family of 5 while traveling down to the Ark Encounter. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. To our surprise there was a dinner buffet and happy hour type reception... we were only expecting breakfast so this was a plus. We didnt end up going to the pool but it looked nice as well.

Wonderful staff and hotel. Would recommend for anyone traveling through the area!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Our stay was completely PERFECT! From the VERY CLEAN ROOMS, extremely professional and friendly staff, to the wonderful breakfasts AND dinners, as well as probably THE BEST COFFEE I have ever had in all my travels...!!!! And the list goes on❣️ I am truly impressed and will MOST DEFINITELY stay there again. One extra special person went really out of their way to make our stay EXTRA EXTRA GREAT - Linda from catering. She was super nice, very informative and a lot of fun to talk to! She went the extra mile to take care of me and my family. The food was great but the kind of service we received was outstanding! Thank you Linda! (I did take the time to talk with manager before we left - all the catering staff was very nice and I complimented them all - especially Linda - I had a long trip ahead of me but it was still so worth the time!)

We stayed 6 nights. All of the staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and check-in was a breeze. We had a few hiccups - tv in living room did not work for our first 3 days but bedroom tv worked perfectly, blackout shade in bedroom was stuck down, only 1 burner worked on stove top, and light over table never worked whole visit. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Breakfast different each day and same for reception in the evening. Waffles only on weekends. Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable. You are close to airport, so there is air traffic noise but never heard any people except those walking over us on next floor.
