Comfort Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

We had no complaints about the stay. We knew what we were getting when we booked. We were in town for a funeral and wanted to be close to events and airport. Everything was a 15-20 minute drive. We would normally have booked in a cute town or in downtown Cincinnati where you can walk everywhere, but this hotel met our needs this time.

Although you are close to the airport, the room was very quiet. All areas were clean. Breakfast was good. It's close to restaurants & the Creation Musuem.

Great place to stay when traveling from CVG

It’s close to the airport which brings more plane noise on top floor. Very convenient for our needs. Mall and restaurants all within a mile radius

The noise from the airport was annoying at times. I would think there would be noise abatement in the middle of the night, but, apparently not. Otherwise, the location was convenient and there was adequate parking. I couldn't understand the man when i checked in because he was talking 90 mph and there was only 1 elevator which is normal (apparently) for Comfort Inns and it's ridiculous. I'll think twice about staying in another one for that reason but, the room was clean and comfortable.

Well. I really loved our room. It was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and bedding! We had a 2 bed room. It also came with a nice sitting couch with table which was an excellent bonus. I loved the white covers and sheets, really made the room classy and feel extra clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had waffles eggs sausage and potato. Plus all the various juices, milk coffee tea. Bread, muffins, etc. Now for the not so great - a few low flying planes; but it didnt happen much at all... no hot tub; and the pool was in need of being resurfaced, there were patches in the cement pool and the paint inside the pool appeared to need scrubbed, like it had mildew stains all over the walls and floor. The water was a nice temp and appeared clean.

The running treadmills could use some updating. The mat had a find in it that i tripped on a few times. Can't do too much about how close it is to the airport, but that was a surprise to how loud some planes were. The room was great. Be nice to have a guide to the TV stations

Great stay - room was super. Hallway carpet needs a little update but it’s clean. You can hear the airport but not too bad.

Very clean! Only drawback is airport close by. Could hear planes.

Excellent stay - the front desk staff checking us in was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was filling and fresh, the rooms were huge and clean. The only thing I didn’t know is that the property is in the flight path of the airport, but other than hearing a few planes at night, it was perfect!
